How do credits work?−
One credit covers one clinic-branded Routine Box with travel case and 14 prep pads, shipped to one patient. The starter pack is 25 credits—$700 one-time, or $625 with Auto-refill ($25 per shipment instead of $28). Credits are added to your partner account as store credit within one business day, and you spend them at checkout each time you order a shipment.
How does Auto-refill work?+
Choose the Auto-refill membership when buying the starter pack: $2.99/year keeps your account and payment method active, your first pack drops to $625 ($75 off), and whenever your balance falls to 5 credits your membership card is charged a $500 top-up (20 boxes at $25 each) that brings you back to 25. There is no monthly charge and no fixed schedule—if you stop ordering, you stop being charged. Cancel anytime with one click from the Connect your store page.
How does the branding work?+
After your starter pack purchase we’ll ask for your logo (vector file preferred). We produce your branded lids and every shipment you order carries your clinic’s mark—no per-unit branding fee.
How do I send a box to a patient?+
Log in, order the Partner Shipment product, and enter your patient’s name and shipping address as the delivery address at checkout. Pay with your credit balance. We pack and ship directly to them.
What patient information do you need?+
Only a name and shipping address—the same information any carrier needs. We never ask for medication, dosing, or treatment details, and we don’t market to your patients.
What arrives in each shipment?+
The main Routine Box organizer with your clinic’s logo, the matching travel case, and a starter supply of 14 individually packaged prep pads—stocked seven on each side.
